Rudy is a Managing Director and Heads Legal Affairs at Corbel, overseeing the firm’s legal framework while actively participating in investment decision-making. He ensures compliance with regulations, manages legal risks, and drafts and negotiates key agreements.

As a member of the Investment Committee, Rudy contributes to evaluating and monitoring investment opportunities and supporting the firm’s strategic growth. His dual focus on legal oversight and investment insight helps guide Corbel’s operations and delivers sustainable value to its limited partners, portfolio companies and stakeholders.

Rudy is admitted to the state bar of California and admitted in the Central, Northern and Southern District of the Federal Courts in California.
