Matt is currently the CEO of Premier Plastic Surgery Partners, a leading national partnership of plastic and facial plastic surgical practices.
Prior to joining Premier, Matt has been a leader of Private Equity backed healthcare and education tech businesses for more than a decade including: Revolution Prep, a national academic tutoring business (CEO); Eyecare Services Partners, a vertically integrated national eyecare platform (COO) and Essia Health, a national provider of medical scribe and EMR implementation services in healthcare (CEO). He has also held various leadership positions at Medtronic, Amgen, Johnson & Johnson, Lehman Brothers and Campbell Alliance.

MBA from Duke University with a concentration in Health Sector Management and Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Occidental College.
