Jeffrey S. Serota serves as Chief Investment Officer and has over 30 years of experience as a veteran principal investor, financial services professional and operating executive.

Jeff has acted as an interim CEO for certain portfolio company investments, led fundraising efforts for private equity investment funds, participated in numerous private and public companies as a member of the boards of directors (including serving as chairman of two multi-billion dollar public companies), and assisted in the management of the private equity efforts over the course of his career.
