Alejandro Phillips serves as a Senior Operating Advisor to Corbel focused on Human Resources.

As Vice President of Human Resources for Dentsu International, Alejandro frequently consults small/medium sized companies (SMEs) including startups. In his current role, he spearheads overall HR strategy utilizing the latest technology that best prepares the organization for massive growth. From global talent acquisitions and leadership development to organizational design and DEI, Alejandro orchestrates every facet of human resources operations, technology, and employee relations.  He has worked with leaders across various industries to build and manage an HR organization that not simply repeats the processes of those that came before but innovates to remove obstacles and create more streamlined and effective HR practices companywide.  

Alejandro holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he still participates in a scholarship fund and provides HR advice to Human Resources Management (HRM) group of students seeking careers in human resources. Additionally, he serves public office as a neighborhood city council member, leads a cohort of cub scouts, and volunteers endlessly where he resides in Los Angeles, California, USA.
